Got my Dark Justicar to Lv20 and stuck in the Power House until I can decide which power to take next... they're all either awesome good but not fitting the concept, or abysmal and silly powers that would get me killed in a duel with one of the Power House Dummies! ;)

@Linked713 It's very liberating to be able to mix & match powers from different power-sets (CO calls them Frameworks) to build your character according to the concept you have in mind.

Usually that would mean you'd suck in PvP if you didn't make a build that takes all the OP/FoTM powers just like everyone else, but I've found that things aren't too restrictive because every Framework has powers to help you beat Crowd Control or inflict it on your enemies, and unlike CoH/V PvP, Crowd Control in CO PvP actually does a lot! :D
